Dr. Brett Clay is the author of “Selling Change,” named the best business book and best sales book of 2010, and is the CEO of Change Leadership Group, LLC, a firm that helps clients improve their leadership capabilities and business performance. A veteran of 25 years as a high-technology executive, most recently with Microsoft Corporation, he is an award-winning author, executive coach, trainer, speaker, consultant, and business leader.

Our next speaker is the award-winning author of “Selling Change, 101 Secrets for Growing Sales by Leading Change,” which has won 10 awards, including Best Business Book of 2010, and has been published in 6 languages.
He has a PhD in human and organizational development, an MBA, and was originally trained as an electrical engineer.
He is also the creator of the trademarked Change Leadership Framework, a system for leading change, and the creator of the Clay Change Type Indicator, a personality assessment for leading change.
He is the host of The Actuation Zone Radio Show, where he interviews leading experts on ways listeners can grow in their business and their lives.
And he is the founder and CEO of Change Leadership Group, a management consulting and training firm that helps clients improve their leadership capabilities and business performance. Prior to founding Change Leadership Group, he spent 20 years as an executive in high-technology, most recently with Microsoft Corporation.
